Wow Wow Wow what can I say about Pilates with Loz, I just LOVE it. I’ve heard about reformer Pilates but I am not a gym type of girl. When I saw Loz was doing one on one sessions I jumped at it and have not looked back. Loz makes you feel so comfortable, she is very knowledgeable, encouraging and tailors your sessions. This is all done with a beautiful smile, lots of laughter and I come away from every session with a clear head, stronger and I feel alive! As someone who is two years postpartum and recovering from two emergency c-sections within two years and attempting to get back into some sort of shape, I cannot recommend Loz enough. Her passion for pilates and fitness has ensured that she is a wealth of knowledge in her field; from correcting posture to understanding the movements needed to achieve your desired body goals. As a busy mum herself, she understands how to make the most of your time. Her confident and caring attitude allows room for learning and improvement as she diligently explains each position and movement allowing for seamless sessions- you feel that you are in safe hands and there’s none of that first time awkwardness or embarrassment as she manages to break to the ice! Finally found someone who can actually tell me where and what my core is and felt immediately refreshed after our much-needed session. Can’t wait for the next class!
